This page describes Era’s infrastructure providers and categories of external services selected by you. Not every provider receives every account’s data.

2. Infrastructure

• DigitalOcean: application/database hosting in Frankfurt, Germany; account and workspace data stored to operate the service.
• Cloudflare: DNS, traffic security/CDN and R2 object storage on global infrastructure; request/network data and files/backup objects uploaded to storage.

3. Services you choose

Google, Meta, Notion, Linear and other apps you connect may receive or provide data for the relevant operation. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or another selected model provider receives your request and required context only when you use an AI feature with that provider. Your own contract also applies to services connected with your own key. If an external provider is used for transactional email, payments or another channel, that provider and processing are disclosed for that operation; we do not list a not-yet-selected provider as though it were in use.
