1. Use rules

• Unauthorised access, malware, harmful automation, phishing and bypassing service security are prohibited.
• Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk messaging, deception, infringement or unlawful surveillance.
• Follow the permissions and platform rules of Google, Meta and other connected services.
• Review AI/automation results in context and apply appropriate human oversight to high-impact actions.

2. Violations
